Terrible customer service!

I requested incense from Capricorns Lair. I've been purchasing the same for quite some time. They deliver emails in my experience with discounts. I waited nearly per month for this simply to get something completely incorrect. (I requested stick incense, they delivered granules and of the diverse fragrance) I named to determine what I had a need to do. They explained I'd to pay for to deliver it back even though it wasn't my error. After I asked that, these were rude and hung-up on me. I called back and spoke to Paul who allegedly was the chef, and he leaped down my neck before I really could actually create a stage. He explained never to purchase sort them again!!! OUR my my. They will not be running a business greatly longer with that perspective. So here I stay having a 2-pound case of incense granules that I-donot actually understand how to use and that Iam out 30 bucks. Hmmm.
