Interior Door Replacement
Ripoff! Quote the job, do the easy work and take the full progress payment, then don't finish the job!

After accepting their quote for the job, the company arranged to come and do the door installation. When their team arrived, they only did the easy work. They then claimed they needed additional monies to do the other parts of the project. They even demanded my wife pay them in full for the work completed, which she unfortunately did. I would not agree to pay the extra monies they demanded, as I had an agreement with the company and felt they should honor it - they never came back to finish the project.

I am still short 2 doors and even a handle for one of the doors they did install. I cannot buy the same style of door anywhere I know of, so I am kinda stuck. They did not remove all of the removed doors either, which is part of the service they promised.

I am very upset at the way we were treated. I started life as a contractor and always completed any job I started in a professional manner, even if the quote was less than the cost. So much for customer service these days, beware of these guys.
