Ordered dvds for my Granddaughters birthday but never received them. Ripoff

I made 2 orders from this company for my Granddaughters on April 8th, & 11th never received dvds, and could not get a response to my emails. Phone number never did work.
Total SCAM! Need to be caught charged and put in jail.
