I had been given a net quote of $39.67 for the sale of my DVDs. I sent my DVDs to Austin, Texas and records indicate the package was received on May 22. After waiting a few days and I had not received any communication, I sent an e-mail. I received no response. I sent at least 3 more e-mails and still received no response. I made a phone call May 31 and still received no response.
