This report compliments Jenifer's report about James Smith, foreclosure program. Like many people I was lured to the Del-Mar Fair grounds with a special invite from Donald Trump to attend.

I attended the all day event with an associate. Program was broken down into 90minute lectures consisting of Stock Market, setting up companies and LLC, FLP etc. Third Lecture was Tax Liens and Deeds then came Donald Trump Jr with a 30 minute speech of follow your dreams, followed up with James Smith's Foreclosure program. Each program cost between $3,0000 and $6,000 dollars and believe it or not people were lining up after each seminar to buy in what the Millionaire on stage had to say.

Yes, I purchased two of the programs for a total of $8,000. I walked home with a $125 brief case couple of audio CDs, and two binders all manufactured in the jet black look. I thought the net worth of the material was what I paid for, I thought the information given was going to equate to that which I paid for. I was wrong, deeply wrong. There is more information in a college book of $150 then what was given to me at the summit.

The next day I read the materials and listened to a few of the audio CDs wondering where the meats and potatoes were in the program. Surely it's just around the next page, I thought. Then it hit me like the Grinch who stole X-mass. The whole point of the seminar wasn't to give me a sound understanding with strong tools to make a decision thus enable me to better person instead it was the same sales pitch that the Grinch told the who's. But a millionaire on the stage, he presents himself like Santa Clause bearing tidings of freedom and wealth, and all of us in the audience are buying it.

He tells us a secret about mail box money and the next thing we know despite sound judgment within ourselves we are like sheep heading to the back to pick up our books and Audio CDs that cost as much as new car!

I went to Barnes and Nobles and purchased two books for a total of $45.90 that gave more insight and hands-on examples then the Lecture material I purchased from Creating Wealth Summit.

My associate and I came to the same conclusion; there is no meat-and-potatoes to the Creating Wealth Summit, it's a lot of Hollywood glitter to get the average middle working class person to purchase at the spur of the moment between $3,000 and $30,000 for the day. You'll walk away feeling good for the moment that you're going to be like those millionaires on stage because I bought the expense programs designed for a 9th grade education.

Don't buy the programs because some fast talking; making you feel dumb; millionaire said you're a loser if don't follow this program. All the material can be purchased at bookstore along with a brief case with wheels for under $200.00
