Ripoff dicrimination bad customer service

I went into Demitrios at the end of 2006 to look at one dress that I found in a magazine. This store is located in a better part of town. When I walked into the door I wasnt not wearing any makeup and I didnt do my hair before I got up that morning, jsut pulled it back. As soon a I walked into the door, I asked for help. There were three girls sitting behind the counter doing nothing. One said to the other, you help her, the other said to the third no you help her. After I was passed down the line, the girl got up to get the dress I asked to try on. When I left i decided to get on thier mailing list and was told I would be sent info on a trunk show. Never got it.

I decided that I wanted to buy the dress and I ordered it in DECEMBER and was told that it would be in with in 6 months. That would make it the lastest June. I gave them my wedding date in October, and called in May to find out when it would be in. They said that my dress would not be shipped until August, but it had nothing to do with my wedding date. It will be a total of 9.5 months before I get my dress. There is a reason I ordered it almost a year early, so that I wouldnt get it weeks before my wedding. They said they quoted 6-8 month to get it in, but that is not true. They said 6 months. I found the dress on several other sites available for deliver with in 6- 12 weeks. Everyone els that ordered that dress got in front of me, and the fact that I requested it almost a year in advance did not matter.
