MARY GERSTEN - ripoff They have given me runaround from one person to another and have not given promised refund

After only receiving offers to buy more advertising and not receiving notice of signup with major companies such as E-Bay, Amazon et al or any other correspondence from this company for six weeks, I called to cancel and get a refund. After explaining my concerns to several people, I was convinced to give it another try with a personal counsellor and assurances that they would provide 1000 leads and make sure that my concerns would be taken care of. They said a 4% lead conversion was normal. After another six weeks, nothing had changed so I again requested cancellation and refund. I was informed that over 2100 leads had been logged but not a single sale was recorded. After another runaround, I was told they would refund my purchase price, minus shipping charges. Their shipping charges were over $30.00 but I was able to return it for $5.00! Although they have acknowledged receiving the package and promising to process refund, it has been over 30 days and no refund has been received.
