Ripoff, Assured a delivery of graduation announcements in ten business days. Phone customer service was rude and unhelpful refusing a refund after 20 business days and showed no remorse fore the money spent or inconvinience of purchasing other invitations

A simple order was made for graduation announcements on 3-17-07. These were to be shipped within ten business days of transaction. 20 business days later we have been refused a refund, unanswered, avoided, and given all other brush offs.

I could only hope that this business owner could find the same business during his daughters graduation. The handling of business is ridiculous, and I hope future consumers are aware of the lack of competency of this company
