Failure to refund returned item

Hi: I put an order at Folica.com (Order No. 4754926) on March 2/07 for an epilator (hair removal system). Two nights afterwards (March 4/07), I recognized that I'd really meant to a rechargeable model, not the low-rechargeable model. I instantly requested Folica to stop the purchase, who recommended me:

"Sadly we're not able to alter your order because it has delivered out. Should you not need the item it is simple to decline the bundle with advantages and they'll rapidly deliver it back again to people or you return any single-product back again to us within thirty days of the purchase to get a complete refund."

I adopted these directions, declining shipping of the very first purchase, which was eventually delivered to Folica, confirmed from the UPS tracking info. Costs for both purchases consequently appeared on my charge card record, and despite 5 emails following e-mailed demands from me to Folica, I've not obtained *any* reaction, whatsoever, from their website from March 5/07 to today, Apr. 21/07.

I'm really dissatisfied from the insufficient reaction from Folica regarding my questions / reimbursement. They're obviously not sticking with their reported Client Satisfaction plan (http://www.folica.com/Customer_Servic_d1280.html), which states:

"100% Protected and secure. One month cash back guarantee...'At Folica, we offer customers the info they require with world class customer support, no gadgets, no activities, no hidden price!' - Jackie, Customer Support Group."

Possibly some other party might help me obtain a reaction from Folica, regarding this issue?
