Terrible equipment, bad policies

When I purchased the service I asked about the light sensors. I was told they have them for animals and would be able to have them without a problem. Well I have had service approximatly 5 times because they sensors go off all times of the day and night because of my dog. I finally gave up and stopped using them. A few times the Alarm was set off in error and Iam suppose to have monitoring well no one called to even varify it.
At this point I called to cancel the service, I was told that I could cancel but I would still have to honor the contract for an additional 22 months. At that point I told them I was suppose to have a 2 year contract and it has been over a year since I started the service. I was told that my contract was for 3 years and that I could cancel the service but still pay the balance. I told them this made no sense I would be willing pay a fine or something and they basically said to bad.
They need salesmen who tell the truth when you purchase the service and they need better equipment. If anyone knows who I can call to get help with this matter I would appriciate it.
I think all the people who have a complaint with this company should ban together and try and do something about it.
