Anonymous flowers? Tough!

Our mom obtained plants on her 82nd birthday today. The card had a note onto it but was unsigned. A phone towards the providing florist requesting the identification of the sender was fulfilled with concerns of her own. I described the problem our household have been going thru the previous few decades and we'd prefer to understand if it was again a police issue.
