Charged for services that I never had Ripoff

I use to have DirectTV until they up dated there servers and I could'nt get there tv. This company told me they sent out disk to install to upgrade receivers. The disk they sent me they sent to the wrong address. I suspended the services back in April. The company came and got the dish, receiver, etc but never shut off my services. This company is still trying to charge me for services that I never had.
