Rhinestones And Ruffles
Will ruin your wedding day! Rude! Unresponsive! Trap you into expensive alterations!

If you are about to choose a bridal salon DO NOT choose Rhinestones and Ruffles in Roseville!!! They start off helpful and friendly (to the bride) But are rude and ignore the bridemaids and eventually the bride!!!

We ordered all the bridesmaids dresses six monthes before the wedding, and it took until 4 days before the wedding and THREE TIMES of them ordering them in the WRONG COLOR!!!

They also deliberatly convinced the girls they needed to go up a size so they needed to get alterations done - and with only three days to get them done in the girls were trapped into having the store do them for them and were charged $150 dollars each for alterations alone!

Whenever I (or any of the bridesmaids) called them to check on the status of the order, no one ever answered the phone, and after leaving a message only about half the time did they actually return the call and if they did it would be hours later. All of this made me mad, but what made it worse is they NEVER CLAIMED RESPONSIBILITY OR APPOLOGIZED EVER!
THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST Company I have EVER worked with!!!
