Makes Their Money From Termination Charges ripoff

I have finally had it with this company. Like millions of other americans who try to save money and try other phone companies. I had called their tech support one time to resolve the problem of dropping my calls, was on the line for two hours.

When I called to cancel my service, they told me. "it is funny that we don't see a record of your previous call to tech support" irresponsible company, does'nt even note previous calls. This is another way they get you. They tell you, we offer support, if a customer refuses, then we did out part.

Well, if they don't keep a record of your tech calls, well I guess I did'nt call them for this. It was never disclosed to me when I joined that they outsource their jobs to india, I don't deal with companies who don't support americans who they are selling to. Dropped calls, I can be talking to someone and they they don't hear me at all, This has happened over and over again. People calling me and my phone does'nt even ring, I have a base unit too, so this is not an issue of cordless phones, over and over again, folks tried to call me but call never came through.

This is the worse service I have ever had of anything. When I called to cancel, like alot of other people on this site who filed a report. They threaten to debit my account for 90 some dollars. Thanks to this site, I took pre-emptive steps and canceled my debit card before I canceled with them. Is'nt this trying to take un-authorized money and is'nt it illegal to do such a thing? This company will not last long.

I remember the days when you canceled your account with a company they use to say "sorry to hear that you are leaving us, we welcome you back when and if you want to come back" Not this company, it is "their is a disconnection fee and also a fee for our equipment" For one this it is cheap equipment. I can go on and on, but I will end it here. I am sure there are alot of complaints that repeat this.

There profit and money come from the termination charges, because nobody in their right minds would stick with this company. My next report or complaint is going to the Public Utility Commission, I suggest that everybody do this as well as the Better Business Bureau of New Jersy "in which they are a member of" If the BBB does nothing, then they are just in it for the money too.
