I have been a member for 4 years, Have had nothing but problems, orders way over do! They do not carry these items. Items I orderd were out of stock so I called the Manufacture and was told that thatis not true. Have been told that items have been discontinued. Which is a lie! Yes they have saved me money and then they have not. The staff has gone down hill I was there last week and the two people have no idea where things are. The girl behind the counter is the RUDIST person I have ever delt with! I saw the sales person who I signed up with and he said that they have closed down twice in the past year. What happen to a lifetime membership that I paid for!!!
