Midwest Title Loan
Employee who called my home was rude and refused to listen to me

A person in my household has a "loan" from Midwest Title Loan. Midwest Title Loan called and I answered the phone. I told them I was too busy to take a message and then the employee got upset and started threatening me. Telling me aren't I concerned about this person with the "loan" and don't I care about what happens to their car. And how could I be too busy to take a message and since I answered the phone I should take the message. I told him not to call my home again, called him a bottom feeder and hung up. The employee proceeded to call my home three times and hung up each time I answered.

I work from home, I am busy trying to complete the tasks of the day. Sometimes people call me regarding business and so I answer the phone. I shouldn't be afraid to answer my phone. I don't owe Midwest Title Loan. I don't have to do business with them. I didn't know or care what Midwest Title Loan was until this occurred.

Since this incident Midwest Title Loan has called and left threatening messages on my answering machine and called to harass me during my work day after I told them not to call anymore.

Midwest Title Loan should not be telling me the personal business of the person owing them money. That is personal and confidential. If this is their standard practice then it stinks. What if my child answered? What if another member of my family answered? Does the person who took out the "loan" have no privacy?
