Midwest Savers Inc Business closed while I am still waiting for delivery

I am of was a customer of Midwest Savers in Merrillville, In. I purchased an order for furniture for my entire house. I expressed to the employee there how my family and I were in temporary housing due to a fire at our home. We went there to order furniture for the home my husband parents gave to us. I palced the order April 1 and was told up to 16 weeks for delivery. I made many calls to check on the status of the delivery, but was told he didn't have that info but would find out for me, he never called me back. On June 17 I decided to go to the business to check on my order in person. Upon arriving to the business I notice a note on the door stating that the business is not taking any more orders and that all contracts were filled and or monies will be refunded. Now I'm left wondering did they run off with my money. But the note did say if you have any questions or concerns to send them to the business address. What happens next
