Chase Bank Doesn't Give Interest on CD's

Very simple:
1) My CD matured on March 6.
2) I went to close it out on March 10.
3) Chase Bank will NOT pay interest on the days between March 6
& March 10.
4) I have had many CD's in my day and I have never heard of a bank not
paying interest for the days between maturity and closing out a CD.
5) This is a total ripoff.
