Sent me to collection agency for 2 returned selections INDIANA

Approx 3yrs ago I joined BMG Music, again.

I had been a member in the past w/out any major complaints. This time I had my account set up to to view the monthly Selections online, thinking it would be easier then remembering to send back the slip if I didn't wish to receive it.

Long story short I failed to cancel a few of my monthly selections.

So doing like I had done many times in the past I marked the packages as REFUSED and I dropped it in the mail. (which might I add, I was told to do, so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping) No problem. Until the last monthly selections which was for 2 different CDS.
This was over a yr ago. I will admit I didn't send them back as quickly as I had done in the past I placed them in the cabinet and simply forgot about them, Until I got my 1st invoice. I sent them back immediately About 2 wks after, I started receiving the notices that I had a past due amount, I contacted them and was told they had not received them back, yet, but they would take care of it. Several months later I received letter from collection agency regarding the matter, I contacted them and BMG again. I thought the matter was settled, especially since I keep getting mailings and emails asking me to Please Come Back. Last Wk I received yet another Collection Agency Attempt. So I attempted to log into my old account, but I received a message My account was suspended. I find it hard to believe that they didn't receive either selection back. One I could maybe understand but both of them, around the same time. Considering the countless times in the past that I sent them back this way, it's hard to believe. I think an incompetent employee failed to acknowledge their return.
