Rude, Items not ready on time BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Ripoff

I'm telling you all not to buy anything from this company. The items they make are never made on time, and the sales people working there are extremely rude. I had something made and was very dissatisfied because it was nothing like what i had described or wanted. I asked if they can fix it and the lady freaked out on me in front of the whole store. I was very upset, and shouldnt have been treated like that. There was nothing I signed saying that it was non-returneable and if she was nice i wouldve been okay with it. They gave me a store credit in which i never want to redeem because they were so rude to me=i dont even want to go into that evil store. They have no idea how to deal with customers and the whole business is a scam. They are rude!!! And they got my $!!!
