Accepted their client's money for a wedding, but never paid us, the service provider. Ripoff

We are a full service wedding company in Hawaii. We received an order for a beach wedding in Hawaii from Jean Michel Vannier. Our charge to Mr. Vannier was $1,770.82. He wrote us a check which we deposited. We then wrote checks to our vendors and carried out the wedding to the couple's complete satisfaction. The check bounced for NSF.

Attempts to collect from Mr. Vannier have been unsuccessful. He has refused delivery of several Registered Mail notices. He has flat out refuses to pay us. He has been absolutely rude. We want to pursue this matter although it is difficult from this distance. I am sure Mr. Vannier is counting on us "throwing in the towel".

Do not make the mistake of dealing with this person or his company. You will be ripped off one way or another.
