Not crediting for returns and still making you pay for it

I returned a item to Fingerhut on 12-29 on Jan 8th we were given a partial credit. My wife called and was told it would take two billing cycles to correct but we still had to make payments on the item Here it is April and still no credit.

I called and was told we only returned a part of the item. I told Tolu we returned it all only in two boxes instead of three like it was shipped. They told me I needed to filled out a affidavit and contest the descsion and that would take 60 more days.

That means I have to keep making payment on something I returned for for 6 months before I can get a full credit.
