Ripoff victimized many consumers

I purchased items form fingerhut and returned them the next day in 2001. I dealt with them forever trying to get them to stop billing me for items that I returned months ago. They kept sending me nasty letters saying I am past due and charging me late fees.

They finally in 3/25/02 a year latter they decide that I don't owe them anything.

I also made one payment to them on an item I was going to keep, that started out as a $50.00 dollar item and quickly turned into a $95.00 dollar item. After all the problems I returned the lamp and asked for the account to be closed.

They now are giving me a bad credit report saying I was 30 days late, then 60 days, then 90 days late.
ANd they owe me money!
