Collections Reverse Ripoff Collection

Business owners and Consumers be aware of Terrance Salters and A company going by the Name of Douglas & Ryan Collections. They collected a debt for our company and skipped with the payment. For two months we called several times and each time as told payment was being mailed out. We never received payment and after a while they stopped returning telephone calls and emails.

They basically collected our debt and spent the money.
I suggest any business looking to collect a debt try to settle it in a civilized manner rather then hiring a collection agency who one way or another wind up ripping you off.

I'm wondering if they are a legit company or just set up shop under different names and do the same others.
