We Hired Douglas & Ryan, Inc on January 18 NOW CALLED Townsend & Ryan to collect debts for delinquent accounts. They successfully collected a debt for one of our customers and when asked about the funds they told our company that it would take thirty days for a check to be mailed out. After thirty days we inquired about the funds and we was told that the customers check just cleared (extremely odd) and a check would be mailed out within fourteen days. After fourteen days we inquired again and they company never responded. We made telephone calls and left messages which were never returned. We emailed the Terrence salters, & Al Townsend who was handling the account and every email was ignored. (go figure)

Douglas & Ryan, Inc basically ripped us off. We are trying to warn and business that if contacted by Douglas & Ryan, Inc or Terrence salters, & Al Townsend altownsend@douglasandryaninc.com
terrence@douglasandryaninc.com not to use this company. Douglasandryaninc.com. The customer also explained that DOUGLAS & RYAN, INC charged him a collection fee which they denied.

Any company looking to hire this company should do as much research as possible. DO NOT LET Douglas & Ryan, Inc. SWINDLE YOUR COMPANY.
