Nonworking website, unable to login

Purchased this website. Was sent a Customer profile. When people go to the website they are not able to login. Have only received non-working phone number message when attempting to contact company regarding problems with website. They encourage you to purchase advertising packages but that is not a requirement. I can drive my own customers to the site but what good is that if they cannot login and if they purchase I will not receive a commission on the sales. They are affiliated with large retail stores. I wonder if these stores know that they are dealing with a company with less than good business practices. They should be shut down. I would be willing to join in a lawsuit for with others who allegedly have been ripped off by these people. Their phones are always busy and I have yet to speak to anyone. Someone shut them down.
