Customer care - actually does not occur!

Lately I've exposed a consideration with Airtel Phone House. But I'm completely discouraged using the quality of support. The number goes unlimited. When you produce the account, you-can't find any specifics once you login. Next, occasionally despite proper identification and passwd they state broken login details and also you cannot login in to the website. Finally the client treatment do not (NEVER) select the phone. They are actually really hectic with other clients. This appears like a large fraud... They've Television ad throughout with a celebrity of Indian Theatre. It appears as though the cash they settled towards the supserstar created them broke plus they do not have cash left for your customer service, this is exactly why we get a tone usually... This hurts...

I've around 25USD together and actually want to shut the consideration.
