Ripoff unauthorized credit card charge

True.com makes it difficult to cancel your account. They claim you never called, tell you that when you signed up you were told the date that your "trial" is over, and then no notice about anything being charged till you see you bill.

Their customer service is almost non-existant, nor are they co-operative, and the service itself is substandard.
