Ripoff in a crisis situation, lied about what they were going to steal from me

Yes My fiancee and I were argueing and he had taken my phone away. I had no cash on me and being a woman at 4 o'clock in the morning I was not going to an ATM. So I dialed collect and she said nothing but what is your name and card number. I proceeded to ask why and she said in case your call is over the standard 3 mins.
I was so upset as it was so I said ok so I could make my phone call. I wasn't even on the phone for more than a minute. When I looked at my bank statement it said there was a charge for $25.00. I was outraged. This company is raping whomever they want and can. Even someone like me who was in distress and desperate to make a call of some importance. This company needs to go down!
