Racial discrimination from cashier ripoff

I have been a blockbuster rental customers for over 10years. I always renting in Kenosha, Wisconsin since its about 15 miles from my house.

This time (me and my sister) decided to rent video's from the Blockbuster in Burlington (since i go to school in that town) which is about 20 miles from were we live.

So we went there in the afternoon on 3/24/07. The guy who was working there was very nice to us when we walked in, so we was walk around check out the movies and this lady (blonde hair,) who employee number is (09051) (didn't get a name), came out the back of the room.

She walked pass us we said Hello to her she said nothing and walk up to the front, so when we got our tapes to rent we went to the cash registers. The guy had a customer and she open her register, so we went up there (she didn't she hello or nothing just snatch the tapes out of my hands.

Now i was like what is wrong with her. She was very rude and didn't said nothing to us. At the end of this experience she slam my change and my tapes down on the table and didn't said Have a good day or nothing. But yet the customer behind us who was (WHITE) she said "Welcome to Blockbuster did you get everything you need"

I have never in my life experience racial discrimination but i think i have today. I called Blockbuster and reported this and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, but i still feel that isn't enough. So i am reporting this to consumer complaints becuase i felt like i was cheated out of my respect.
