Disorganized, super slow on return credits, and suspected bail and switch

My sister and I have both experienced what we call Bait and Switch on the GSN show, but unfortunately we were not taping the show at that time (we are now). I personally have purchased 3 items that I am sure were shown as a Portuguese round or a round brilliant stone, and I was shipped either a round brilliant (for the Portuguese) or a plain round (for the brilliant). When I questioned Customer Service they claimed they watched the tape and there was "no cut" specified for the stones in the merchandise. Slick, HUH? They do not usually list the stone cut, especially when they are showing product at a 10/20 second pace.

Also, the lady from Florida is correct, it takes 2 billing cycles to get a refund on your credit card when you return something. I think that is twice as long as necessary, after all they don't even acknowledge that they have received the returned merchandise and most other companies can process a refund in 15 days. They don't seem to care that the customer is paying interest on the money every month that they lollygag around.
