Cancellation not allowed, repeat payments, refuse payment statements, harassing calls, bad credit reporting Ripoff And New York and New York

Shalom. About a week after we began the account we closed business and called to cancel our account. Most companies allow upto 60 days to do so. Northern Leasing refused to cancel and directed our attention to the extremely small print. Whereby they said our contract was uncancellable. The sales man had told us we can cancel within 30 days, and was also desperate for a down payment of $100.00 to get us started; which we did.

After numerous contact attempts, I managed to negotiate the return of the machine we never used. They also said that the machine contract would be recorded and cancelled, and that we return the machine; which we did. Oops! (cancelled contract). Now everytime I call to keep them from harassing me of their so-called, payments on the contract; they've refused to give me the statements of my payments so I could record accurate records. Though I keep paying them because of harassment and bad credit reporting from NL. They also question me constantly concerning the cancelled machine contract; in which I have to remind them.

Also, if I've never done transactions with the machine, and I've returned it. Yet I'm still paying Northern Leasing for transactions as if I was still in business: then why am I still paying Northern? Did you catch that? It's like paying the taxi driver first to take you somewhere, yet he drives away and leaves you standing! Or paying for a hotdog you can never eat, etc. This is what NL has done to myself and many others!

Not only that, three times I was informed that my remaining payments totalled to $500 to $800. Everytime I came within the final payment, they say it's $1,000; or more. Enough is Enough!

As a Minister and after much frustrations, and prayers; I discovered this website and have ordered the book. I hope that if there's any legitimate Attorney/s out there that could help me recoup all of the money we paid, AND law suit against Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. Whereby the Attorney/s are not paid unless we win our case. Please contact me ASAP via this website. Northern Leasing Systems Inc., should be put out of business and all the workers and members, placed in prison. FOREVER! Thank-you very much.
