Steinhausenovernight - Dave Long Promised 45 day refund but never responded to 8 emails, no return address ripoff

I ordered my husband a Steinhausen watch from this internet company based on their return policy - 45 days after christmas to refund watches. My husband didn't like the watch, so I followed the company's return policy which was to send an email to receive the address to send the return.

The email was never returned. I have since sent 8 emails, and called the phone number (which says it is only for new orders) It of course was an answering machine - I left a message, but again received no response. There is no address on the website; no other phone number in which to call this guy.

I've noticed that 4 others have filed reports against the company. We have a watch that we don't want and no way of returning it. Do NOT order from this company - they are a complete rip-off.
