Bank of America allows Dish tNetwork to debit my account even though it was already overdrawn Lttleton Colorado And Greenville North Carolina

Dish Network has driven me insane. This is the 3rd time they have taken money from our checking account without authorization and Bank of America let them even though my account was already overdrawn this last time. I went to the bank and the customer service rep. Went over my account and said that the charge from Dish Network was not paid so I made a deposit to get my account in the positive and looked at my account the next day and they paid Dish Network The $103.00.

I get a call from Dish Network the same day and informed them I had to file bankruptcy and gave them my attorney's name and number. I was shocked when I learned they put the debit through anyway. They will suck you dry! I also get a letter from their collection agency wanting over $1,000. Since this is the 3rd time and have cost me so many overdraft charges, we may lose our home and my sanity is in jeopardy. I cannot understand how they can violate a court order (automatic stay) and get away with it.

I filed complaints with BBB and Atty General. The BBB has received many complaints on this company and says they are looking into the number of complaints. I would like to find a lawyer that is brave enough to take on Dish and win! They are ruthless and don't give a # about what they are doing to you, they only want your money at your expense. They must be stopped from doing this. I get sick thinking about this company.
