Misleading, fraudulent, libelous

Trying to get information from eharmony is like talking to a pig, it frustrates you and annoys the pig. I cannot believe that their "customer care" team makes much money since they provide absolutely no informaiton on anything. They cite confiedntiality but when it comes to your own confidentiality they demure.

They are false andmisleading about their intentions every step of the way. It appears that they are overly Christian and hence if yiou indicate that you are not Christian you will have trouble. The poeple they send you are either so far away as to be impossible to have any kind fo relaitonship or so mis-matech it is difficult to beleive that anyone in their organization took the time to figure out what it is that you're looking for.

The personality test they use is questionable and they provide no statistics to support any of their claims. Notice that their "success" stories are quite dated and mostly are people who are engage. Did they ever marry?

Goodluck trying to find phone numbers or addresses. They don't evenlist what kind of business they are (corporation, partnership, etc.) probably because they have so many law suits they have to stem them some how.

I'm not sure what the alternative is, but save your money when it comes to eharmony.
