Told me to come for an interview for management position, no experience required

I was called February 28 for an interview at Atlas Management. The ad in the newspaper website said that there was no experience needed. I showed up today for the 1st interview which was the group interview and wa stold about the great sign on contract for $30,000.00 a year. I was asked questions like how would you rate your confidence level on a scale of 1-10 and what is one word you would use to describe yourself. They told us (there was 6 people there, mostly young like me) about Larry Hahn and that he owned this multi million dollar business selling perfumes and colognes.

The guy interviewing did not go into much detail about the company and how they sold the products. I was told that I would be recieving a call tonight if they were interested in me coming in for a second interview. They called of course and I was estatic that they thought my resume was so impressive. I decided to go online and do a search engine on this Larry Hahn guy and the perfumes and colognes that his company sold and thats when I saw this website.

I just want to say that I will not be going to the interview tomorrow and I want to thank you for this website and information. Even though I would have said no to the whole idea of selling door to door and in parking lots at stores, I'm glad I won't be going in there tommorrow looking like a complete idiot for actually believing in this whole scam.

I just feel sorry for those people that are returning for their second interview tommorrow and I wish that I could stop them, but I am putting this on hte website so that maybe I can help somebody else.

I would also like to say in conclusion that I have been approached in a Walmart parking lot by some guy before about buying some perfume or cologne, he probably worked for this same company. To me it is very uncomfortable to be approached like that and plus you dont know what you're getting yourself into selling like that with the way people are today your bond to get attacked or kidnapped it is very dangerous out there and I think people are very nieve if they are thinking about selling like that. And another thing that I hate is dishonesty and even if I were to go in for the interview I would turn the position down for the simple fact that I can not lie to someones face about something, especially trying to take their money too.
