Extremely unproffessional and not willing to resolve matters ripoff Mason City

This account started with an automobile accident that involved me getting crushed in my car by an eighteen wheeler. This would not be the worst part of this ordeal. The attorney, accident and injury clinic must all be in cahoots with each other. This account was sent to I C system who placed it on my credit report to begin with.

It was later sent to Jolas' office. I attempted to ask questions about the case trying to gather as much information as possible.instead of trying to work with me there were two women (Ms. Crook (appropriately named) and Shelly). Both women hung up on me without listening to my questions. They noted on the account that I was unwilling to cooperate. This is untrue other wise, why would I be calling to clear up the problem.

Finally, I spoke with someone who actually listened without interjecting mid conversation. Amanda, gave me the information I needed.

Looks as if the attorney pushes you into a corner in order to receive representation, then the Accident and Injury doesn't sign off until they have racked up tons of money in doctor bills. I had insurance at the time, so my question is, why would I opt for this doctor when I could have used my doctor and had it covered by my insurance company. This is because all of these people are scammers
