They sell what is supposed to protect you, and you become their victim!

We made the call and were pushed to sign the scanned papers sent via e-mail. I had to leave to work, but the customer service rep convinced my wife that it's ok to sign the papers using your husband's signature! They give you a five day limit to return the product if you are not satisfied, but by the time you actually get them by mail, and install them, the 5 days are over. I called them and explained that I'm not happy with the service or the product, but the customer service rep said it's too late since the 5 days are over!

I proposed paying a penalty and to end the agreement, but they refused! And then the collection agencey started sending those letters. I was afraid it will go to my credit report and again was told by the agencey it's ok for your wife to sign using your name!

I paid $808.65 and I feel I was ripped off, scammed, that's why I'm sending this report so others won't fall in the same trap.
