Ripoff

First, after 2 days of mail being in my apartment box, the mail man takes back my mail and leaves a notice that I can either pick it up (in 10 days it will be returned to original sender however) or they will redeliver. I sign and ask for them to redeliver. He leaves me a notice the next day that states -he can not -simply redeliver -even though I sign and say he can leave it at my front door!

So I call the # on the slip and speak with "customer service" She informs me that YES they can and tells me they will and gives me a "confirmation #". I then get a call from the post office. The next day, the day the mail is to come, to tell me that No, they will not bring my mail to me I have to go get it.

That is the "policy". We pay for mail service to send mail to our address but we do not have the right to actually have it brought to us. We have to go get it. Oh and "it would take Too much time" for the mail man to leave me a note to empty the box prior to taking it-but not to leave the note he left when taking it?!

Whatever. So even when my box is Empty, I do not even get that days mail. He knows I live here still. I left "the notice with my signature" but he still leaves me NO MAIL. He gets paid to deliver but I have to get it. I can not even Request it to be delivered!
