The big rip off look at your card fine print

Me and my wife went on vacation we went on line and reserved a car with my American Express gold Corporate Card when we arrived at the car rental agencey the agent asked who would be the primery driver I said my wife the agent then asked her to sign as primery driver and proceeded to have her sign the rest of the agreement.
We had a little fender bender and when I called the American Express to notify them and ask for the coverage of the $500.00 deductable that my card gives me right to the trouble began.

They now said they will have to deny the claim because I did not sign the agreement and my wife did and she is not listed on the card They claim they send information in a form of a notice every year that covers this issue I do not ever remember geting a report of this nature and even if I did I doubt it could be ABLE TO BE read by me due to my eye problem and their small print

Thus Amrican Express finds a loop hole not to pay so please let the public be aware that American Express has all kinds of loop holes not to pay and please laugh with me when I see one of their commercial showing them going out of the way to help one of their card holders they proved to me that is just a big joke
