Product was sent to incorrect handle, no money-back obtained!

Sept 14, we spot at Office Website the item was sent to incorrect address, they get the item in the incorrect shipping address, and back to Office Website and since Sept we been requesting Office Website to delivered that which was compensated in money the total amount $188.90 and all I get is lies that the check been problem consider a month but is it's previous 3-month and that I have created quantity of phone one for week, we dont get our cash back.
