Incorrect item, bad customer service, no postage included for their mistakes, Glendale Internet

The company sent me the wrong cartridge for my printer. I called them and they said they would send the correct one if I reordered AND send the incorrect item back at my expense. Tthey also refused to waive the postage on the correct item. So they want me to reorder and pay for the cartridge and postage and apply for a refund of the incorrect item by mailing it back to them at my expense. I would be paying shipping 3 times to get the correct cartridge for my printer. AMAZING.

Now I know why I would pay $20 for the black cartridge at office max or similar. Nno problem with returns, no postage, friendly customer service. I have learned a lesson indeed.
