Radio Shack Employee Relative Accessed My Account, No Action Taken After Complaint

Verizon Wireless was allowing Radio Shack employees get into accounts because they were authorized dealers for them. However a Radio Shack employee is a family member. Once I found out about him getting into my account I contacted Verizon Wireless, and they were to a investigation. Well I never heard back from them.

I called several times. I even called Radio Shack and reported it to the main headquarters. Guess what the person is still working there. And nothing has came about, so all my personal information and all is with him.

Where's the justice for those who are innocent. Neither company protected my rights yet they did find he went in and got the information without my consent. As I figured and told Verizon Wireless they broke my contract and I should close them down.
