Ripoff Misrepresents Return Policy Takes back merchandise keeps YOUR money

I purchased a pair of $280 jeans as a gift for my fiance from this store in the Chestnut Hill, Mall. The salesgirl said it could be returned within 7 days for a refund.

My fiance did not fit into the jeans, they were too large, and she returned them. She did not liek anything the store offered, and requested her refund. The manager balked at offering the refund, an has kept the jeans, and our $280 dollars.

Beware of doing business with this store! RIPOFF
