The company has used scare tactics to ge me to bay for services that I tried to cancel. I was called several weeks after saying that I would take the subscription want to ad magazines to the list I told them that I wanted to cancel my membership and was told that it would be done but I would have to pay for at lest three months until the cancelation would go into effect. The payments were paid. And then I started receiving late notices. I ignored them until. I was called by Alana who played a tape where I agreed to the order. I tried to explain that I had be called and to the person to cancel my order.

Alana told me that no one would have called me and told me that. Since I forgot to take the name of the person that had called it was just hearsay and insinuated that I was a liar. I asked to speak to a customer service representative and was told that I could not speak to one until my account was brought up to date. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told that she was the supervisor. I again aske for a customer service and was once again refused until my account was brought up to date. Alana was very rude and unprofessioal with me. And keep insinuating that I was a liar and also insinuated that I could not pay my bills.

During the course of my conversation my temper flaired and by the end of the conversation my voice was raised trying to explain the situation of what had transpired in a previous call from the company and maiking no progress I slammed down the receiver. I was so mad that I was on the verge of a stroke and had to call someone over to stay with me until I calmed down.

After a few days I got a money order and sent the money that was do to bring my account up to date. Along with the money order which I maked payment in full I sent A letter stating that was all the money that I would send them.

About five months ago I stared reciving notices that I was behind in my payments to them. I imediatlt called this time I spoke to Cheryl. I told her that I had taken care of the the previous balance and also told her about the letter that I had sent with the payment. She told me that I still had to pay each month. I asked to talk to her supervisor and was told she was it. I then told her that that would receive no more money from me. She told me to do what I had to do.

Now I am being threated with a law suit if I do not pay the balance due by Feb. 9th. So every beware of this company.
