Ripoff collection agency collection for magazine never ordered

I received a collection letter from North Shore Agency. It stated that I owed Glamour Magazine 16.00 for an unpaid subscription. It told me that if I paid 16.00 my subscription would start immediately. The problem was that I do not even read Glamour magazine let alone subscribe to it. When I contacted the collection agency and ask them to provide proof of my subscription. They could not provide any proof.
