Rip off! Just stole my money and few others based on ebay feedback. Ripoff

I purchased a chairmat from Heardy's. They sent me the wrong item. UPS picked up the item, and Heardy's has stalled, and lied about refunding my money. It's been 5 months now and they wont respond to my emails. Or respond to calls form the Better Business Bureau.
