Harassing Emails From Member Ignored After Reports to Support

I have been harassed by an ebay member for several months now. This member purchased an item from me nearly a year ago and did not pay for the item or respond to a payment reminder or a non-paying bidder notice. I left the bidder negative feedback for this and they have responded by harassing me. I am sent e-mails nearly every day from this member. In these e-mails this member calls me names and tells me what they are doing to hurt my business on ebay. They leave negative feedback about me in other members feedback bars when they purchase items, and according to this member they are mass e-mailing ebay members about me, telling them not to do business with me.

Today (7-10-06) I received four harassing e-mails from this member. I have reported every harassing e-mail this member has sent me to ebay, but so far they have not done anything, and the harassment is continuously getting worse! I am filing this report in hopes that ebay will finally pay attention to the needs of their sellers and do something to stop this harassment. It would be better to stop this harassment now while the member is sticking to e-mail, rather than wait till they do something serious.
