Dishonest, False Advertisement Ripoff

I sold a litter of my pups to Arky Barky's about a year ago. The owner agreed to the price of $1400 for the litter of four pups. When I drove all the way to Benton, Ar. To meet her, she did not want to make any transactions until she got the pups into her Hummer. Then she said we had agreed on $1200, which we did not. I had typed up my contract the day we agreed to $1400. The only reason I agreed to a price as low as $1400 is because she told me she could not afford to pay any more than that because she was going to sell them for what I was selling them for ($450 each) and she would have to pay less than $450 each so she could make a little profit. She haggled and haggled and wanted me to sell them to her for $1300 because she did not want to pay $1400. I should not have done it, but I did because I was so upset and wanted to get away from her. I cried all the way home after having dealt with her. Her name is Sandy McClain.

I got her card (only for the information it held) and my mom wrote down her license # off her hummer while we were talking. She lied and said she could not pay more because she only brought $1300 with her... Now remember she swore we had agreed to 00... (so many lies already).

She wrote me a check on an account from Tennessee. So, I had no idea if the check would clear or not. I just had to wait. It did clear, thank the Good Lord.

I found out from a friend that she did not sell the pups for $450 each... She sold them for $800 each!!! Another lie!!!

They also advertise on the Sherwood homepage that they do not buy whole litters... Only the pick of the litter... Well, I will say that any one of my pups was the pick of the litter... But she did buy my whole litter. That is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I will never again do busilness with Arky Barky's due to the TOTAL DISHONESTY. If you are thinking of dealing with them... Please be careful.
