Vicky Wolfe entered into a agreement to take 13 puppies and sell them for the owners. 2 of the puppies belonged to me and I acted as agent for SM and AM.

SM a disabled vet could no longer care for his dog and sent the mother and 9 4 week old fawn and brindle pups with the agreement that when they were old enough they would be registred, sold, money from litter split between them Mother was to be fixed and found a home for.

A.M. A college student sent 2 5 month old Blue Female Dane pups and was to recieve $1000. For them. I sent 2 Brindle 8 week old pups. There were problems with Mom and pups so I told her to send them back with her mother she did not do this. After trying to get the papers sent to register the litter which Sam would not do because she did not send back a signed contract and until then did not answer phone calls of emails she sold all the pups and will not answer when called or emailed
